Our work
We test decisions before organisations commit.
Frontière Advisory works on strategic, commercial and operational decisions where stakeholder response can change the outcome.
Our work begins with independent diagnosis and can continue through implementation or recovery when the situation requires it.
Frontière Decision Stress Test
A structured review of a live decision. We test the assumptions, evidence and stakeholder conditions that could strengthen, delay, reshape or defeat implementation.
- what is being proposed and what must be true for it to work
- what is known, what is inferred and what still needs validation
- who can affect the outcome and how they may respond
- where support could weaken or the organisation could lose room to act
- a clear view of the main areas of exposure
- the assumptions and evidence that require further testing
- the stakeholders needing greater attention
- practical implications for implementation
- a senior recommendation on whether to proceed, strengthen, resequence or reconsider
We do not make the decision for the client. We make sure leadership can see it more clearly, including the parts that are uncomfortable or inconvenient.
Trust Dividend
The Trust Dividend is the value lens within our decision assurance work. It examines whether the organisation’s existing trust position is likely to make a decision easier or harder to carry.
We identify where the organisation may receive the benefit of the doubt, where the burden of proof is higher and how trust could affect financing, working capital, execution time, productivity, revenue, remedial cost or strategic flexibility.
The assessment does not claim to put a definitive financial value on trust. It identifies the commercial consequences leadership should take into account.
Decision Enablement
Once the direction is agreed, we help strengthen the evidence, leadership alignment, narrative, stakeholder approach and practical conditions needed for implementation.
Decision protection and recovery
When a decision is challenged or already under pressure, we identify what is driving the response, what remains recoverable and what should change, be defended or be rebuilt.
Communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, crisis and reputation support may form part of this work. They are not the starting point.
When to bring us in
The right time to call is while the decision can still change
We work with leaders facing choices that are complex, consequential or contested. These are the situations where our insight is most valuable.
Transactions and corporate change
Buying, selling, listing, delisting, raising capital, restructuring, changing ownership or integrating organisations.
Energy, infrastructure and natural resources
Developing or expanding projects, entering communities, managing environmental transitions or protecting licence to operate.
Market, policy and regulatory decisions
Entering or leaving a market, expanding into a new jurisdiction, changing pricing or access, or taking a public policy position.
Workforce and leadership change
Changing roles, operating models or leadership, integrating teams or asking employees to carry a difficult transition.
Technology and AI
Introducing AI, changing how data is used, automating sensitive processes or launching products with regulatory or ethical exposure.
